This cross is all around a river that runs rostrum alternately with different abstract decoration. Fish is the oldest Christian symbol which identified believers in Christ. The altar is a special place where the "breaking of bread and therefore comes where Christ. Who participates in breaking of bread, are identified, agrees with Christ.
The river also carries profound symbolism in itself. It is totally a place of movement - dynamism. It is a place where anything not remain standing, but everything in the movement. That should be every liturgy celebrated at the altar, which must put into motion a man in spiritual sense. True Christianity is not static but dynamic.
